Someone has copied it in another YouTube I suppose to make it visible for people outside the US, where it was released only. There has been another trailer a while ago. Shorter then this one. i am sure more trailers will pop up in the coming months, though.

Circle around the arm. i think there might even be two lines, one above the elbow and one below, but I am not sure, as I cannot see it very well. As to the meaning, I think, everyone except Jonny and maybe some people close to him, are in the dark. I certainly have no idea what it means.
